Manufactured by [Chinese company called Chaoer], I belive she's what we would call "bootleg" due to her box having a strong recemblance to thouse of P.O.P. by Megahouse and thus no liscence.
However, this figure would tottaly kick in the guts alot of the official products! Especially another [action figure, this time official, made by Bandai in the Figuarts S.H. line].
The figure is modeled after this illustration (originally a poster done for Shibuya expo by the author of One Piece, Eiichiro Oda, later used as cover for both manga and anime log collections, and included in Artbook Shark):
She comes without her Lion coat and earings, though.
Her joints may be not as good as Figuart's, however she's still very posable.
Materials used for the figure look excellent, and so do the colours. She looks very fresh and appealing.
The only disadvantage of this figure I can name, something you would never see on official figure of this size - her tattoo is missing,
The figure is very well-detailed, I like her jeans and boots the most:
Just like any other Nami figure these days, she can be stripped out of her top by taking her apart:
She's about 21 cm height and pretty big against other Nami figures, as you can see here:
I bought her for just 35$ with shipping and it was one of the better deals I got this year.
A very nice figure overall and a good addition to your Nami collection!
Another proof that sometimes bootlegs can top!
